A.L. “A” McCullough is the Executive Coordinator to Anthony Giancatarino at Taproot Earth. They turn the wheel of the workplace through scheduling, event production, and operations support. A leverages their background in landscape design and climate policy development to work always toward climate justice. In addition, A’s work on environmental justice in urban forestry and the carceral state has been featured in the New York Times and Dissent Magazine, respectively, in addition to several published works by Climate and Community Project. A attended Pennsylvania State University and the University of Pennsylvania to pursue landscape architecture, where they focused on people, policy, and climate justice in the built environment. They reside in South Philadelphia with their cat.
