DELIA leads and manages operations planning, implementation, and impact evaluation of Taproot initiatives aimed at advancing our frontline community initiatives.  She also plays a critical role in the development and refinement of care and culture planning that ensures alignment with Taproot's mission and strategic objectives.

Delia brings over a decade of strategic leadership and public service experience having worked most recently as Assistant Managing Director in municipal government earning recognition for excellence in government administration.  She came to this work seeking a deeper level of connection and commitment to frontline communities.

A native of Philadelphia, PA  Delia now resides in Southern Louisiana, with her husband, two daughters, and their dog, Ace.
