Briann Moye is a Senior Project Fellow for Taproot Earth. She is supporting the Gulf South to Appalachia Climate Action Strategy, which includes building and deepening relationships with organizations on the frontlines of the climate and environmental justice struggles in Appalachia.
She comes into this role with experience as an organizer, coalition coordinator, educator. No matter which space she’s in, Briann is always committed to building a movement across lines of division to end poverty.
Briann lives in Southwestern PA with her two cats, Luna and Terry. When she isn’t organizing, she enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, exercising, and spending time with her family.
