Tiffany Fant (she/her) is the Program Manager for Taproot Noire. She began her advocacy at her alma mater, Appalachian State University, where she waged successful campaigns that advanced health, community, jobs, and cultural preservation within the Black community, including community-led partnerships that prevented violence in communities most affected by crime. In addition, Tiffany serves as a mentor for urban youth and fosters they’d love for baseball.
She founded Qwantum Consulting and serves as Co-Executive Director of Sol Nation where she organizes at the intersection of social justice and environmental justice issues.
Tiffany is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
